Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product (such as an eBook or downloadable file) has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review the product description, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.

Exceptions

If you are unable to access the file or if there’s a technical issue preventing you from downloading or using the product, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment was made in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately. Refund requests based on unauthorized use will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, send us proof of the duplicate transaction. If verified, we’ll refund the extra charge.
